Print / Email / Reporting

Overview

This feature allows you to turn the Work Orders list into one of four different printable reports. You can also email this table and track changes made to various work orders.

Summary Report: Set Up

The Summary report lists all of the work orders currently in the table and includes basic information about each job.

Before opening the report you can choose how the report is organized, You can order by Start / Due date or Grouped by Property.

Click the View button to open the print preview screen.

Printing the Summary Report

With the print preview screen open, click the Print button in the upper left hand corner to begin printing the report.

Work Order Report

The Work Order report prints out all of the details for the selected work order onto a single page.

Cost Summary Report

The Cost Summary report shows the maintenance and work costs for each home (and home owner).

Grid Report

The Grid report mirrors the organization of your Work Orders Table.

Send a Report by Email

This feature allows you to quickly email individual work order requests to their respective maintenance staff.

You can choose whether to send the email as plain text (universaly readable) or as HTML code (contains text styles and graphic elements).

You can also choose to send yourself copy of the email.

Track Changes Using Secure Track

You can view changes made to a particular work order by first selecting the desired work order and then clicking the Track button.

From the Secure Track table you will be able to see any change that was made, the user that made the change, and the time and date the change was made.
