Overview

The Advanced Work Order maintenance module is a project based system with the following modules:

  • Stock Control module with automated low stock reordering
  • Buy and sell price for each stock item and auto post to owner account
  • Upload images and PDFs for each item
  • Notifications for each item
  • Group items (for example Dinner set could consist of 6 knives, 6 forks, 6 spoons, six plates etc..)
  • Work order can be project based, one project can contain multiple work orders each with independent progress bars
  • Upload images and PDF to work orders
  • Auto assign work orders to staff
  • Auto post staff costs to owner statements
  • Pay staff by hour or by job type
  • Create and dispatch work order with a single click (all billing is automated)
  • Work order and task views can be configured
