The Spilt Booking feature will divide the selected booking into 2 parts based on the date you’ve selected.
To access the Split bBooking feature, go to:
- Booking Actions
- Split Booking
Split Booking Example
Let’s say you need to relocate a guest due to a property maintenance emergency. The original booking dates are from 7/09/17 to 7/20/17.
On 7/15/17 is when the emergency occurred and you need to move the guest into another property; on the Date to Spilt calendar is where you would specify the last date in the initial property.
The system will automatically update the dates of the original booking and create a new booking for the remaining dates and with the new booking, you can move into another property.
