HomeAway supports Minimum Age Rules set in your CiiRUS system.

An example of minimum age rule:

If a user manages a 65+ Vacation Rental Community, the renters minimum age must be 65.

The Minimum Age Rule can be set on a per property basis. Steps on how to set this rule is provided below:

1. Using Property Chooser, select a property with your mouse hovering over the "Setup %" column. (This will select the property and open the Property Assistant for the selected Property.
2. Go to Location
3. Click on the ‘Features' button
4. Enter Age
5. Click OK
6. Click Finish to Save.
