Printing Tables as Reports
You are able to print the contents of the inventory table as well as save and export the report as various file types using the Print button.

To print or save your inventory report, begin by clicking the Print button at the bottom right-hand side of the CiiRUS window.

Printing the report.
The report you see is ready to print.
If the Page Setup and printing Preferences are already set, you can choose quick print (shown as Print) to print the report without any further dialog prompt.
However, if you are unsure about your current print settings, check the current page setup and print from the Printing Preferences Dialog (shown as Print...).
Page setup.
Check the current page size and margin layout by ether going to File > Page Setup... or by clicking the page setup icon in the toolbar.
Use Page Setup to adjust the size of the report to fit the paper in your printer and adjust the margins of the printable area. Click OK to save changes and close the window.

If you go to File > Print... or click on the Print icon from the tool bar, the Print Setup dialog will appear. Here, you can set preferences, such as which printer you wish to send the job to and the number of copies to be printed.
You can click Preferences to open your computer's print manager and adjust even more settings, or you can click Print to begin printing.
Advanced printing preferences.
Clicking the Preferences button from the print dialog brings you to your computer's advanced print settings dialog.
Here, you can control more advanced settings, such as ink economy, print color, and collation.
The options and layout of this dialog window depend on the type of printer installed on your computer.
Click the OK button to save changes made to your Print Preferences.
Saving / exporting the report.
You can export this report preview as another file type to be shared or saved for later use.
To do so go to File > Export Document... or click the Export Document icon in the tool bar.
