Overview - Manage People
The Manage People screen manages the contact records for your guests and contacts.
Several functions are available to merge contacts to. Guest Contacts must sometimes be merged to a single entry. For example, if a guests makes several reservations with your company and uses a different email (or other field) each time they book, the database will display each record as a separate individual. The records should be merged to a single record. The software makes the tools available to help with the merging of records.
