Understanding Task Templates & Initial Set-Up
Think of the Task Template as a checklist of questions and requirements that the on-site staff member must respond to in order for a job to be completed. These criteria are configured in sections, so that each part of the task can be individually managed and completed by the staff member in an organized fashion. Once a staff member has completed all of the requirements within a section, that section will be marked as complete, and they can move to the next section.
To begin configuring a Task Template:
- Select the blue-dots icon next to the Task Template to open the quick-menu.
- Select "View/Edit Template".
