Email Templates for Credit Card Payments

An automated email is sent when a transaction is made. The emails sent can be customized. The system will send the default emails if no custom email template check box has not been enabled.

Tags are used to display values. The tags start and end with [ ] . The list of available tags are displayed on the left of the screen. Plain text can be entered and tags can be used.

If enabled, you can also send a copy of the email to the owner.

Template Types

  • Rental payments Submitted by Guest
  • Security deposit Submitted by Guest
  • Payment Approved
  • Payment Declined
  • Payment Refunded
  • Security deposit Authorized
  • Security Deposit Declined
