  • Do you experience an error while logging in to your CiiRUS Windows Application?

  • Do you receive an error message while working on your CiiRUS Windows Application?

Is the error received before entering the login credentials?

While in the login screen, type on your keyboard: CTRL + SHIFT + D. The application will prompt you to confirm if wanting to restart. Click Yes for the system to clear the files and restart itself.

You can either use the keyboard shortcut (CTRL + SHIFT + D) or access the Delete roaming data option under the Tools module in the Windows Application. The application will prompt you to confirm if wanting to restart. Click Yes for the system to clear the files and restart itself.

I still cannot log in to the Windows App. What can I do?

You can perform a manual clean installation of the software. A clean install refers to the installation of the CiiRUS Windows application software package where the previous version is completely deleted. Follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Uninstall CiiRUS Property Manager

Open your Windows Control Panel and go to >> Programs > Programs and Features.

Select “CiiRUS Property Manager” from the list of programs and click on “Uninstall” from the options at the top of the list.

Follow the prompts on the screen until you have successfully uninstalled the program.

Step 2: Remove Leftover CiiRUS Folders

The uninstallation process will leave behind a couple of folders you will need to remove manually.

You will then need to open your Windows File Explorer and from the “View” settings, be sure to have “Hidden items” selected to show.

From your computer’s File Explorer go to:

>> Local Disk (C:) > Users > [Your user file] > App Data > Local

From this location find and delete the “Ciirus_Inc” folder. You will then need to go to:

>> Local Disk (C:) > Users > [Your user file] > App Data > Roaming

From this location find and delete the “Ciirus” folder.

Step 3: Re-install the Latest edition of CiiRUS

Get the latest version of the CiiRUS Windows Application from our official download page.

If you continue to experience issues, submit a ticket to contact the CiiRUS Support Team.
