Choosing the owner statement layout
Updated over a week ago

The owner statement layout determines how your owners see their monthly financial snapshot. It's the structure, format, and design that presents unit transactions in a clear and understandable way.

Choosing the owner statement layout

To choose the layout, go to:

  1. Global Settings

  2. Settings Assistant

  3. General Owner Accounting Settings

  4. Owner Statement Layout

There are 2 options to choose from:

Option #1: Classic- transactions will appear in a chronological list order.

Option #2: Grouped- transactions are grouped together based on type and category.

Transactions Only: Only displays credit and debit transitions

Transactions Plus Year to Date Summary: Includes transactions and a year-to-date summary on the last page.

Click "Preview" for layout examples. Note: These previews are fictional and display the 'Year to Date Summary' on the final page.

Note: The selected layout will be applied universally to all owner accounts and can't be individually customized on a per-owner basis.

Owner payment link

Owner Payment Link: This feature is active only with a valid Merchant Account setup. It enables owners to securely click a credit card link for submitting payments when they have an outstanding balance. The provided credit card information is securely stored within the owner's profile once submitted.

Statement header and footer

Statement header - Enter general information such as company name, address, phone number to appear at the top of the owner statements.

Statement footer: Provide information for the bottom section of owner statements. Typically, this includes payment details and terms. Since this information isn't unit-specific, enter general details to be shown on every owner statement's bottom section.
