CiiRUS will process your monthly payment from the card or bank account on file at the end of each month. It's important to keep your account details up to date to prevent disruption of service.
Pay by credit or debit card
To pay by credit or debit card:
Go to Global Settings > CiiRUS Subscription Payment Details from the Account Setup section.
Click Add New Card.
Enter your credit or debit card information. Click Save.
Please note, an extra 3.5% credit card fee will be applied if you choose to pay by card.
Pay by eCheck (ACH)
To pay by an electronic payment through your bank:
Go to Global Settings > Settings Assistant
CiiRUS Subscription Payment Details from the Account Setup section.
Click Add New Account.
Enter your bank details. Click the "Save" button.
