We've begun rolling out a new login process that gives every user a more secure personal account. We’ve introduced a new authentication system to:

This means greater security and easier account recovery—no more shared company usernames or passwords.

The first time you log in after the update, you'll log into the new form with your original username and dedicated password.

You'll then go through your usual SMS or email two-factor authorization path.

After completing the authorization steps, you'll be asked to create a new login credential using your direct email address and updated password standards.

Once you've configured the new credentials, we'll send you an email with a one-time verification code to confirm your new configuration.

Once confirmed, you'll be directed back to the sign-in screen to log in with your new credentials.

The first time you log in via the new methods, you'll be prompted to set up a passkey, which allows you to bypass MFA codes altogether by using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, and other browser-specific passkey options.

If you choose not to set this up the first time, you can always add and remove passkeys in the User & Account Settings > Security menu.

Under the new login path, authentication is only done via SMS or an authenticator app (such as Apple Passwords on your iPhone). Email authentication will no longer be an option. SMS is set for you as the default, and you can go to User & Account Settings > Security to add authenticator apps and passkeys.
