Step 1: Download the App
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for CiiRUS.
Download and install the official CiiRUS app on your device.
Step 2: Log In to Your Account
Open the app on your mobile device.
Enter the email address and password for the login credentials you created.
Tap Log In to access your dashboard.
Step 3: Set Up a Passkey for Faster Access
To skip entering your password next time, you can set up a passkey:
Prompted after logging in, choose to set up a passkey.
Use your phone's biometrics (such as Face ID, Touch ID, or Fingerprint) to secure your account.
Next time you open the app, simply scan your face or fingerprint to sign in instantly.
Forgot your password?
If you can’t remember your password, tap Forgotten Password on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.
