1. The Dashboard
When you log into the app, you’ll land directly on your Dashboard. This screen provides a quick glance at key daily operational insights, such as upcoming arrivals and departures.

2. Main Menu & Module Navigation
To navigate through different areas of CiiRUS:
Tap the Hamburger Menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the full navigation menu.
Select a module - for example, tap Reservations to open reservation management.
Use the bottom navigation bar to switch between view modes within that module (e.g., Calendar, Unit Calendar, List, or Quotes).
Searching & Filtering Your Data
Most module screens include a search and filter bar at the top:
Search Bar: Type guest names, reservation IDs, or property details to find specific records instantly.
Filter Icon: Tap the filter icon to narrow down your view by date ranges, property tags, status, and more.
Quick Data Refresh (Pull-to-Refresh)
To make sure you're viewing the latest real-time information:
Simply swipe down from the top of the screen on any calendar, inbox, or list page to reload and refresh your data.
3. Personalizing Your Theme & Language
Customize the appearance and regional settings of your app:
Open the Main Menu (☰).
Tap Theme.
Choose your preferred mode (Light/Dark), select an Accent Color, or set your Language preference.
4. Profile & Account Settings
To manage your account and user preferences:
Tap your profile photo or name in the top-right corner of the app.
From here, you can view and update your Login Settings, Security, Company Details, Theme, and Users.
5. Quick Shortcuts (Inbox & Notifications)
At the top of the app, you’ll find two key shortcuts for staying on top of guest communications and system updates:
Message Icon: Tap to open the Unified Inbox and manage guest messages on the go.
Bell Icon: Tap to view your recent system Notifications.
6. Signing Out
When you're finished with your session:
Open the Main Menu (☰).
Scroll to the bottom and select Sign Out.
