If you’re used to navigating the Windows App, CiiRUS Online will look different at first. This guide will help you understand the new layout and where to find the features you use most often.
Main Navigation Layout
In CiiRUS Online, all areas of the system are accessed from the left-hand navigation menu.
Beginning at the top left of the menu, you'll see:
Search menu (you can search for any page or menu here)
Favorites
Dashboard
Owners & listings
Reservations
Connections
Communications
Operations
Trust accounting
Websites
User & account settings
Blog
Help & support
Each of the menu buttons opens up a smaller dropdown list of options when you hover over them. For example, to get to the Listing assistant, hover over the Owners & listings menu button, click the Listings dropdown, then select Listing Assistant.
Key Differences from the Windows App
There are a few important changes in how navigation works:
The system no longer uses multiple windows or pop-ups
Features are grouped into sections instead of separate menus
Many tasks can now be completed without switching between screens
Where to Find Common Features
If you’re looking for something you used in the Windows App, use the guide below to locate it in CiiRUS Online. Many of the menu names are the same, so it should be mostly familiar to you.
If there is a menu or page you are struggling to find, you can use the search bar at the top of the left menu to search for it.
If there is anything you can't find, simply use the orange support button in the bottom right of the page to contact a member of our team for assistance.

CiiRUS Online: User & Account Settings
In CiiRUS Online, some of the settings you would previously find under Global Settings in the Windows App are now embedded throughout each module in CiiRUS.
For example, Accounting Setup settings now exist within the Accounting module, which you can access through Accounting > Accounting Setup.
How Navigation Works Differently
CiiRUS Online introduces a few changes in how you move through the system:
No property chooser
Properties are no longer selected from a global dropdown. Instead, you will choose and filter properties within each relevant page.Page-based workflows
You will complete most tasks within a single page, rather than opening multiple windows or navigating between screens.Search and filtering tools
Many pages include built-in search and filters to help you quickly find reservations, guests, or listings.
