Top navigation
CiiRUS One's top-navigation bar provides quick access to all the features you need to manage your vacation rental business. Here's a breakdown of each feature:
Unit & Owner Viewer: Get a quick overview of any unit or homeowner in your portfolio.
Notifications: Stay up-to-date on new reservations, inquiries, and system alerts.
Quick Actions: Create quotes, reservations, listings, work orders, and contacts with a single click.
Favorite Features: Jump to your favorite features and reports with ease.
Account Settings: Update your user profile, change your system theme, preview your website, and manage deleted and archived units.
Language Chooser: Switch between English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
With CiiRUS One, everything you need is at your fingertips. You can access any of these features or settings from anywhere within CiiRUS One.
Main menu
CiiRUS One's main menu is on the left-hand side of the screen. Each module is listed on the menu, with the corresponding features listed in a submenu beneath. For example, all features and modules related to your operations can be found in the "Operations" module on the menu, such as housekeeping and inspections.
To open the submenu for a particular module, simply click on the module name in the main menu. The submenu will appear below, and the main workspace on the right-hand side of your screen will update to show the feature you've selected.
Here's an example of how to use the main menu and submenu to navigate to the housekeeping module in CiiRUS One:
Click on the "Operations" module in the main menu.
The "Operations" submenu will open beneath.
Click on the "Housekeeping" feature in the "Operations" submenu.
The main workspace on the right-hand side of your screen will update to show the Housekeeping module.
You can use the same approach to navigate to any feature in CiiRUS One. Simply click on the module name in the main menu, and then click on the feature name in the submenu.
Search menu
You can also use the search bar at the top of the menu bar. This is a great way to find specific pages if you know what you're looking for. Simply start typing the name of the page you're looking for.
