The homeowner portal is a secure online platform that allows owners to access their unit information and manage their bookings. You can grant each owner permissions to the portal, allowing them to login and view the calendar, add bookings, generate quotes, and see finalized owner statements.
The portal is directly linked to CiiRUS, so when you add a reservation, the owner portal and availability calendars are updated in real time. The same thing applies when a owner adds or edits an owner reservation. This ensures that everyone has access to the most up-to-date information.

Logging into the owner portal
The owner portal is a web-based, mobile-friendly portal that is similar to CiiRUS One. Owners can access it from any device using their username and password. To learn more about sending out a welcome email to owners, click here. To login, the owner will go to: https://owners.ciirus.com/
Here they will enter their username and password as shown in the screenshot below.
Navigating the portal
Just like the CiiRUS One interface, the main menu is on the left side of the screen. It contains the modules that the owner has access to. At first glance, the owner will see the Dashboard, which displays upcoming arrivals and departures for their unit.
It's important to remember that you can determine what the owner has access to based on the permissions you've set. As a result, not all of the features covered in this article will be available to every owner. To learn more about setting the owner portal permissions, click here.
Portal features
Here is an overview of the modules and features included in the owner portal:
At a Glance Dashboard: This module provides a high-level overview of the activity in the owner's unit, such as upcoming arrivals and departures.
Unit Details: This module allows owners to view unit details, such as the unit's address, unit type and coordinate codes. Owners can also create and track maintenance requests in this module.
Reservations Manager: This module allows owners to create and manage reservations for their unit. Owners can create owner guest or owner staying reservation types and see the availability calendar.
Quotes: This module allows owners to create and send quotes to potential renters. Quotes are generated using the rates that have been configured in the owner's portal.
Owner Statement: This module allows owners to view finalized monthly/annual statements. Statements show the income and expenses for the unit. Statements are only visible in the owner portal once they have been finalized.
User Details: This module allows owners to manage their profile and portal settings. Owners can change their password, email address, and contact information in this module.
