CiiRUS allows you to manage all of your homeowners in one place. You can edit their contact details, assign owner portal permissions, and set payment details. It's important that all owner information is accurate so that you can create monthly owner statements, process owner payments and grant access to the owner portal.

To view or edit an owner, follow these steps:

The grid displays a list of all of your owners, making it easy to see their name and contact information. The grid is also sortable, so you can easily find the information you need.

To view or update the owner's contact details, click on the ellipses to open the menu and select "View/Update Owner Profile."

From the contact details panel, specify the owner's information:

Pay special attention to the "Telephone" and "Email" fields. These are the phone number and email address that owner notifications will be sent to.
