CiiRUS is transitioning away from the Windows App and moving fully to CiiRUS Online.
If you’ve been using the Windows App for a long time, this change may feel unfamiliar at first. This guide is here to help you understand what’s changing, what stays the same, and how to get comfortable in CiiRUS Online as quickly as possible.
What’s Changing
The Windows App will be fully retired, and all day-to-day tasks will now be completed in CiiRUS Online, which is accessed through your web browser.
CiiRUS Online is where all new features and updates are released, and it provides a more modern and flexible way to manage your properties.
What Stays the Same
While the layout looks different, the core functionality you rely on is still available, including:
Managing reservations and guest details
Maintaining property and listing information
Running reports and completing owner statements
Managing users and system settings
You will still be able to complete your regular tasks—just in a different layout.
What’s Different
There are a few key differences to be aware of when using CiiRUS Online:
New navigation layout
The system uses a left-hand menu with grouped sections instead of separate windows and menus.No property chooser
In CiiRUS Online, properties are selected within each relevant page rather than through a global selector.Simplified login
You will only need your staff username and password to log in.More streamlined workflows
