Managing Reservations in CiiRUS Online

Managing reservations in CiiRUS Online is just as simple and intuitive as it was in the Windows App, and you'll even have access to brand new features to simplify your workflow. To begin, hover over the Reservations button within the left menu:

From here, you can select:

  • Manage reservations

  • Imported reservation audit

  • Payment processing

  • Saved quotes

  • Reviews

  • Host quality menu

  • Revenue management menu

  • Pricing & fees menu

We recently revamped the Manage reservations menu into 4 efficient, easy-to-use sections:

1. Unified Calendar

The Unified Calendar (formerly found as its own standalone feature) provides a complete visual overview of availability, reservations, and calendar blocks across your entire portfolio.

Key Functions:

  • View all properties in a single calendar

  • Create new reservations or blocks directly from the calendar

  • Identify gaps in occupancy

  • Verify real-time availability synced from connected channels

This tab is ideal for portfolio-wide planning and scheduling. For more on the Unified Calendar, read this article.

2. Reservations Grid

Formerly: Reservations List

The Reservations Grid displays all reservations in a structured list view, allowing for detailed filtering, sorting, and searching.

Key Functions:

  • View all bookings in a table-style format

  • Filter by date, status, source, unit, guest, and more

  • Sort columns for quick analysis

  • Access individual reservation records by clicking any row

This view is best for day-to-day reservation processing and review.

3. Unit Calendar

Formerly: Reservations Manager

The Unit Calendar provides a property-specific calendar view for managers who prefer to work one unit at a time.

Key Functions:

  • Select a single property to view its reservation timeline

  • Create, modify, or cancel bookings for that specific unit

  • Review turnover gaps or overlapping stays

  • Manage holding blocks or owner stays

This tab is particularly helpful when communicating with homeowners or handling unit-specific tasks.

4. Reservation Settings

The Reservation Settings tab consolidates configuration options that control how reservations behave across your system.

Key Functions:

  • Define reservation rules, payment schedules, and policies

  • Configure taxes, fees, and optional extras

  • Set automation preferences related to reservations

  • Configure reservation flags and AOA categories

All settings that influence reservation creation and management now exist inside this tab for easier access and better system organization.
