Understanding the Reservation Folio
Updated over a week ago

The Reservation Folio is a central hub for all information related to a reservation. It provides a single view of the reservation, including the guest's contact information, dates of stay, payment information, and operational tasks such as housekeeping and inspections.

All critical functionality is centrally located on the collapsible header, and a streamlined tab interface allows a seamless navigation for reservation-specific data.

Some of the key features and actions that can be viewed/updated from the folio are:

  • Guest contact details

  • Send on-demand emails to the guest or owner

  • Reservation status (confirmed, tentative, or canceled)

  • Arrival and departure information

  • Financials and payments

  • Reservation extras

  • Operations (housekeeping and inspections)

  • Guest list

  • Comments or notes

  • Reservation Flags

  • View and send rental agreements

You'll be seeing a lot more of the Reservation Folio as you continue managing your reservations in CiiRUS.

How to open the Reservation Folio

The Reservation Folio can be opened from various modules or screens in the system, such as the Reservations Manager, Unified Calendar, and Reservations List.

To open the Folio, double-click on the reservation or right-click on the reservation and select "Reservation Folio" from the shortcut menu.
