The Instant Folio is a quick way to see important information about the selected reservation, guest and listing, all in one window! The Folio can be docked to the screen as you navigate elsewhere in the system so you can always find the details you are looking for within the reservation while working in another screen.

You can open the folio from the following modules:

Simply single-click on the reservation or transaction anywhere in the grid to open the folio:

This new version of the Reservation Folio is split into three tabs:

It's all the information that you're used to seeing in the full size Reservation Folio, but displayed in a smaller panel that can be docked/pinned to your screen.

Click the 'pin' icon to pin the folio to your screen which allows you to keep the reservation details open and work on another screen at the same time. This makes it easier than ever to cross-reference different information. Click the 'X' icon to unpin.

To prevent the Instant Folio from opening on a single-click, simply disable the folio using the 'calendar' icon in the top menu:

Once disabled, the Instant Folio will no longer open. Click the 'calendar' icon again to re-enable it.
