Convert a saved quote to a reservation

When you generate a quote in CiiRUS, it will be saved for future reference. From a saved quote, you can:

  • Override the pricing or apply a discount

  • Email it to the potential guest

  • Convert it into a confirmed reservation

If the guest calls and is ready to book, you can covert it into a reservation directly from the quote. At this point, the system will automatically block out the calendar.

How to locate a saved quote

To locate a saved quote, go to:

  1. Reservations > Saved Quotes

  2. Either enter the quote ID reference number or find it in the grid by searching for the guest name or quote date

Quote Folio

To view more details about a quote, open the Quote Folio. It looks very similar to the Reservation Folio, where you can see the guest's contact information, quote dates, and financial details.

To open the Quote Folio, double-click the quote in the grid.

Convert into a reservation

To convert the quote into a confirmed reservation, click on "Quote Actions > Convert quote to reservation."

Click "Yes" to proceed:

You'll automatically be redirected to the Reservations Manager where you can open the Reservation Folio to see more details of the confirmed reservation.
