Manage reservations

Updated yesterday

The Manage Reservations menu consolidates all reservation-related tools into a single, organized workspace. Previously, reservation functions were spread across four separate areas: Unified Calendar, Reservations List, Reservations Manager, and Reservation Settings. These have now been streamlined into one menu with tabs across the top for easy navigation.

This guide provides an overview of each tab and its purpose, helping you work efficiently within the updated interface.

Accessing the Manage Reservations Menu

To open the new menu:

Navigate to: Reservations > Manage Reservations

Once opened, you’ll see four tabs across the top of the screen:

  1. Unified Calendar

  2. Reservations Grid (Previously Reservations List)

  3. Unit Calendar (Previously Reservations Manager)

  4. Reservation Settings

Each tab represents a tool that previously lived in a separate area but now exists in one unified workspace.

  • Select a single property to view its reservation timeline

  • Create, modify, or cancel bookings for that specific unit

  • Review turnover gaps or overlapping stays
