1. Navigating the Dashboard Tabs & Date Ranges
At the bottom of the Dashboard screen, you'll find four primary tabs to manage different areas of your business:
Overview: Key high-level operational and performance summaries.
Arrivals: Insights into incoming guests, check-in statuses, and stay metrics.
Departures: Information on check-outs and associated turnaround tasks.
Operations: Real-time task tracking for housekeeping, maintenance, and property checks.
Changing the Date Range
Use the Date Dropdown at the top of the screen to quickly switch your view between Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Last Week, This Month, and more.
2. Filtering Your View
To narrow down the metrics shown across your dashboard:
Tap the Filter icon in the header.
Select specific Units, Owners, or Booking Channels (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Direct).
Apply your filters to update all visible dashboard data instantly.
3. Drilling Down into Metric Cards (Widgets)
Each summary card on the dashboard acts as a quick-glance widget showing high-level numbers (for example, Arrivals: 3).
To view the specific details behind any card:
Tap directly on the metric card (e.g., tap on 3 Arrivals).
A detailed slide-over window will open displaying the relevant list of bookings with brief reservation info.
Tap any individual booking from the list to open its full reservation details page.
4. Arrivals & Departures Breakdown
The Arrivals and Departures tabs go beyond basic guest counts to help you manage daily turnarounds:
Arrivals Tab: Highlights early check-ins, projected revenue, ongoing stays, and a Reservations by Source breakdown graph.
Departures Tab: Displays outgoing guests along with Scheduled Cleans associated with departing bookings so you can monitor turnover progress.
5. Managing Operations At-a-Glance
The Operations Tab centralizes your daily operational workload, showing key counts for:
Total Cleans
Work Orders
Inspections
Reported & Unresolved Issues (tasks that haven't been started)
Next Tasks Due
