Audit listings for the channels
Updated over a week ago

The Channel Listing Audit report is a fast and easy way to check that all your listings are 100% configured and ready to be listed on booking platforms. It shows all your listings with the required settings for each channel (e.g., VRBO, Airbnb), and highlights any missing data, making it much quicker to audit all your listings at once.

Where to go

To load the Channel Listing Audit report, go to:

  1. Owners & Listings

  2. Listings

  3. Channel Listing Audit

Using the report

The unit grid shows you essential data required to launch your listings to the channels. Pay special attention to any fields with a red background, as these indicate missing or incomplete data.

GREEN = Complete - channel requirements are met.

ORANGE = Not specified or populated, however, the channels don't require this setting, so it's up to you if you want or need to populate it.

RED = Not complete - a channel prerequisite that requires populating or specifying.

This report is great because you can edit and populate the information right here, without having to go elsewhere in the system. Pretty neat, right?!

To edit a field, simply double-click on it. For example, to edit the address for a unit, double-click on the "Address" field in that unit's row. A popup window will open where you can make your changes.

The grid will refresh in real-time as you enter data, so you're always up to date with what's missing.

Export the Channel Listing Audit Report

The grid can be exported to Excel, by clicking the "Export all Data" icon above the grid:.
