View automation rules by unit
Updated over a week ago

If you haven't assigned automation rules to all your units, you might be wondering if there's a quick way to check which rules are applied to each one. Good news: there is! You can effortlessly view all your units and their corresponding rules in one place. Plus, you can add or remove automation rules directly from this centralized window.

Where to go

To view the automation rules by unit, go to:

  1. Communications

  2. Automation Rules

  3. Select 'View Automation Rules by Unit' located beneath the grid

By default, the grid is organized by unit, displaying the automation rules beneath each unit's name. Within the grid, you can view the rule name, type, status (active or inactive), and whether it is assigned to all units.

Add or delete a rule from a unit

From the grid, you can easily add or remove automation rules for a selected unit. Here's how:

  1. Add a new rule:

    1. Select the unit name.

    2. Click 'Add rule(s)'.

    3. In the pop-up window, specify the rule you want to add. Note: Only rules that aren't already assigned to all units will be available.

  1. Delete a rule:

    1. Select the rule name below the unit you want to remove it from.

    2. Click 'Delete rule(s)'.
