How to edit and delete owner transactions

As long as the monthly statement has not been finalized, you can modify or delete owner transactions.

No need to worry if the statement has already been finalized. You can easily make corrections by adding a transaction to the next open period. This allows you to adjust and rectify any errors without any hassle. Refer to this article on how to do so -

Edit a Owner Transaction

1. Accounting

2. Owner Account

3. Select the unit using the Unit Chooser

4. To update a transaction, click inside any of the text box fields to apply the updates

5. Click the save icon after making all updates

Delete a Owner Transaction

To delete a transaction, click the "trash" icon in line with the applicable transaction.
