Upon owners' request, you have the option to send individual statement(s). Alternatively, after finalization, you can send all statements collectively, which will also be available in the Owner Portal once they are finalized.

Select unit from Unit Chooser
Select period
Email Owner > Click 'Email Selected Owner'

Emailing monthly statements to all owners
You must finalize the relevant month for all units in order to email all owner monthly statements at once.
Within the same Owner Account window, you can email all monthly statements to each owner at once.
Select any unit from Unit Chooser
Select the most recent finalized period
Email Owner
Email All Owners
Select the Statement Cover Letter to be included in the email
Select the applicable units
Email All
