What to do if an Airbnb booking doesn't land

If you notice an Airbnb booking is made, but doesn't reflect in the CiiRUS calendar, please follow these steps.

  1. Create a support ticket as soon as possible. You can do this within the CiiRUS system by using the support hub on the bottom right of the screen. Read more about how to do this here.

  2. Provide the Airbnb booking ID and if possible, provide a screenshot of the booking details.

  3. Do NOT manually create the booking in CiiRUS, as this will result in un-connected bookings and can produce further issues. Any bookings should be added via our back end to ensure that any changes such as alterations, cancelations, etc. will reflect in CiiRUS. Our team will get it added correctly.

  4. Our connectivity team will update the booking correctly in CiiRUS so no further action will be required on your end. If any further issues persist, our support team will help you.
