As of December 2025, CiiRUS can now automatically submit a positive Airbnb review for your guests if you choose not to leave one yourself by Airbnb’s review deadline. This feature is designed to protect your hosting account, save time, and ensure no review windows are accidentally missed.
Why automated reviews matter
Airbnb requires hosts and property managers to submit guest reviews within 14 days of the guest’s departure. If no review is submitted within that window, the opportunity is lost.

Your ability to provide consistent feedback within the platform
CiiRUS’s automated reviews ensure that this obligation is met even if you don’t manually submit a review.
How automated Airbnb reviews work in CiiRUS
Here’s how the process works:
After a guest checks out, you have up to 14 days to leave a review in Airbnb, as usual.
If you submit a review manually within that timeframe, CiiRUS takes no action.
If you do not submit a review by the final day of the review window, CiiRUS will automatically submit a positive review on your behalf.
This guarantees that every guest receives a review, even when you’re busy or managing a high volume of reservations.
Important notes about negative reviews
CiiRUS’s automation is intentionally limited to positive reviews only.
The system has no way of determining whether a guest violated house rules, caused damage, or created issues during their stay. Because of this:
If you want to leave a neutral or negative review for a guest, you must do so manually.
Any guest you do not review by the deadline will automatically receive a positive review.
Best practice: If a stay did not go well, make it a habit to submit your review early so your feedback is accurately reflected.
