We are excited to introduce a new feature to enhance your hosting experience: Airbnb Quality Notifications. This feature is designed to help you stay informed and take prompt action on any quality-related issues with your listings after publishing them to Airbnb.

Airbnb Quality Notifications is a dedicated grid within your CiiRUS system that displays any errors related to your listings on Airbnb. These errors are identified by Airbnb and pertain to hosting quality concerns. From the grid, you'll be able to see the error and learn how to fix it through Airbnb.

To access Airbnb Quality Notifications, go to:

When Airbnb detects an error related to your listing, a notification will be sent directly to the Airbnb Quality Notifications grid in CiiRUS.

Here are the types of errors that you could be notified of:

If any errors are detected, the grid will display the notification type, the title of the error and the listing title. To resolve the error on Airbnb, simply click the 'Airbnb' icon from the left column in the grid:

Once you resolve the error, it'll automatically be removed from this grid.
