If you have multiple Airbnb accounts, you can still connect them all to CiiRUS using the Airbnb Multi-Account feature. This feature allows you to sync inventory from one CiiRUS account to the corresponding Airbnb accounts. This is often useful for property managers who co-host listings on Airbnb or for owners who are Super Hosts and prefer not to recreate their listings.
How to add additional Airbnb accounts
Set up your default Airbnb account first. This is usually your main Airbnb account with the most listings to manage.
Once your default Airbnb account is activated, you can add more accounts.
To add a new account, go to:
Connections > Channel Manager

To see your connected Airbnb accounts, or to connect a new one, click on the "View Authorizations/Re-Auth" button above the listing grid
From the popup window, to add a new account, click on "Add Airbnb Account."
Fill out the details for your new account and then a new tab within your browser will open with instructions on how to add the new account. Please follow these steps to finish the set-up.
It's very important to make sure all accounts have been logged out of on Airbnb before adding the new account to CiiRUS. Prior to committing this step, urge all reservationists and staff with access to any of the Airbnb accounts to close their browsers that may contain Airbnb, and ensure that the Airbnb app on their phone is closed.
View Accounts
After connecting the account, click on "View Authorizations/Re-Auth" to see the accounts.
The main Airbnb account that was first activated in CiiRUS, is the "Default Host." The additional accounts, can be referenced by the "Host ID" number within the name column. The "Host ID" number can be found within the Airbnb account.
Mapping the listing to the new account
To map the listing to the corresponding Airbnb account, select the account from the "Airbnb Account" column.
Once mapped and synced to Airbnb, it can't be undone or changed, therefore, it's very important to map the correct account before listing it. If the lisitng must be unmapped or mapped to a different Airbnb account, the listing will need to be unlisted and then relisted to a different account.
