Save time and efficiency by responding to and leaving Airbnb reviews directly in CiiRUS, without logging into Airbnb.

Where to go

To view your Airbnb reviews, navigate to:

  1. Reservations

  2. Reviews & Host Quality > Airbnb Reviews

Use the date and unit filters at the top of the page to filter your Airbnb reviews. The grid will display your reviews, including the status of the review, the reservation and unit details, and the guest name.

You can also filter by review tags if you're looking to see positive or negative reviews specifically:

Status types

Each Airbnb review is color-coded by its status:

  • New Review: The reservation is complete, and it's your turn to review the guest.

  • Pending Host Review: The guest has left a review, but it can't be published until you leave a review.

  • Review Completed: The review is published after both you and the guest have left a review. Reviews are published immediately after both reviews are submitted, or if only one review is submitted after the review window expires.

  • Pending Guest Review: You have left a review, but it can't be published until the guest leaves a review.

  • Review Expired: The time window for you to leave a review has elapsed. This happens after two weeks of the guest leaving their review.

See reviews

To see a review left by the guest or the review that you've submitted, click the "Messages" icon located in the first column. A popup window will open where you can see the reviews.

Click the first tab, "Review from [Guest Name]" to see the review that the guest left you. You can also see any positive or negative tags and expand each panel for specifics:

From the second tab, "Your Review of {Guest Name]," you can see the review you've left for the guest as well:

Respond to a new review

After a guest checks out, you can leave a review for them by clicking the "Thumbs up" icon in the first column. Then, enter the following details:

  • Rate the guest: Select a star rating from 1 to 5 for each category. Then specify any positive or negatives from each dropdown for each category.

  • Public review: This is the review that will be visible to other hosts and guests on Airbnb.

  • Private feedback: This feedback is only sent to the guest's email address and will not be visible on Airbnb.

  • Recommendation: Check the box if you would recommend this guest to other hosts.

  • Click "Save" to submit your review.

The status of the review will change to "Pending Guest Review" and once the guest submits a review, the review will show that it's been completed.
