How do I apply a discount to reservations in CiiRUS?
Discounts can be applied to both new and existing reservations in the CiiRUS platform through the Reservation Extras section in the folio. This article details the steps for both scenarios so you can efficiently manage your reservations.
Applying a Discount to an Existing Reservation
Open the folio for the reservation you wish to update.
Locate the Reservation Extras section, which is next to the reservation rates.
Click the Add or "plus (+)" button within this section.
From the list of available extras, select the applicable discount.
The discount will be applied to the reservation automatically. Ensure the discount details are correct before saving.
Applying a Discount When Creating a New Reservation
Discounts cannot be added at the time of creating the booking.
However, once the reservation has been created, you can easily add or adjust a discount through the folio.
