How to add a booking

This article will show you how to add a booking in the owner portal

To add a booking in the owner portal, navigate to the Reservations manager in the menu.

Use the "Unit Chooser" dropdown box at the top of the page to select the unit that you need to add a booking for.

With the correct unit selected, click the blue "Add Booking" button.

In the pop-up menu, in the reservation type, dates for the booking, the guest's first and last name, and reservation source. Additional info such as phone number and email are not required, but could be useful to keep on file.

When you're done, click the blue "Add" button at the bottom of the menu. This will bring you to the reservation folio for this new booking, where you can see all the important info for the booking and edit any details:

You can get to the reservation folio at any time by double clicking on the booking in the Reservations manager.
