Save a ton of time adding a new unit/listing by importing it from Vrbo! If the listing you need to add to CiiRUS already exists online at Vrbo.com, creating it just takes a few clicks.

Start by navigating to the Listing Assistant in CiiRUS, then click "Add New Listing" and fill out the prompts to add the initial version of the listing.

Once the new listing is added, open the "Listing Content" dropdown and select "Vrbo Listing Import Tool". Enter the URL for the listing currently on Vrbo, then press "Load Preview" to review the results and confirm the import.

The import brings in the listing title, features, description, images, and rates. It does not import the reservations. Our onboarding team will do this for you separately. When you initiate the import, any data in the fields we just listed will be replaced.

The import is just a one-time snapshot of the listing details, not an ongoing sync, so you're free to proceed to connect the listing to the CiiRUS & Vrbo integration or use CiiRUS to manipulate the listing in any other way without affecting the data.
