The listing title, headline, and description are the foundation of a successful, well-transacting listing on your website and the major OTAs. CiiRUS provides these three features on one page for quick and easy setup.

First, navigate to the Listing Assistant, and open the "Descriptions" menu under the "Listing Content" dropdown.

The Listing Title is the guest-facing name for the listing that will appear on your website and Airbnb. Vrbo calls this the Headline. CiiRUS gives you the ability to set a different one for Airbnb and Vrbo so you can target the specific types of guests who visit each site.

It's best practise to make the Listing Title/Headline a compelling representation of the unit that appeals to potential guests. You can use a catchy name, draw attention to key attractions and amenities, and get creative. The Listing Title/Headline can be completely different from the internal unit name used by you and your team in the CiiRUS account.

Simply type a title into the "Listing Title" and/or "Vrbo Listing Headline" fields. The Listing Title for must be 8 to 50 characters long for Airbnb, and the Listing Headline must be 20 to 80 characters long for Vrbo.

This is your opportunity to showcase the best qualities of your listing, make stunning impression on potential guests, and include important information that bookers should know about the home.

The Listing Description appears on all websites and channels, and has a 400 to 10,000 character limit. Simply type or cut & paste your description into the Listing Description field. You can drag the bottom corner of the text box down to reveal more space.
