You can also use CiiRUS AI to help you write image descriptions for better SEO to enhance search visibility and guest engagement.
Add images
Navigate to the Listing Assistant under Owners & Listings > Listings > Listing Assistant, then select the "Images" menu under the "Listing Content" dropdown, and select "+Add more images".
A popup will prompt you to drag images from your file explorer, or click to browse images to upload. Once the upload is complete, press "Done".
Re-order images
To re-order images, simply click on an image and drag it to a new location among the rest.
If you encounter issues with dragging and dropping images, ensure your browser supports this functionality or try clearing the cache. For supplier-synced cloned listings, adjustments may not be saved locally due to system settings; refer to the supplier or adjust those settings for changes to persist.
Best practices suggest featuring the font-of house, incredible views, living spaces, and key amenities in the first 5 images. For properties listed on external channels like VRBO, photo order must often be adjusted on the external platform directly using its drag-and-drop functionality. Changes may take time to reflect as they sync with the platform. If photo order changes are restricted for cloned listings, it could be due to settings that prioritize supplier-synced images over local modifications. To resolve this, contact the supplier or modify the clone settings in your system if permitted.
Add an image caption with CiiRUS AI
Simply go to Owners & Listings > Listings > Listing Assistant > Listing Content > Images. From here, hover over an image to see the caption, and use the AI button to generate SEO-friendly captions that enhance search visibility and guest engagement.
Best practices suggest a compelling caption for every image to boost SEO and entice guests to book. These captions are shown prominently on Airbnb and Vrbo when guests browse listings to book, so it's crucial not to miss this step or use filler content. Take every opportunity to score more bookings!

Delete an image
To delete an image, check the box "Select to Delete" under the given image(s), then press the blue "Delete Marked Images" box that appears.
