You can set a reservation fee for each applicable unit to help offset channel fees or credit card fees. The reservation fee can be a flat fee or a percentage. This fee applies to Vrbo, website, and direct reservations only and is kept by you, the property manager.
Configure a Reservation Fee from the Online Reservation Settings menu under the Reservation Settings area of the Listing Assistant.
Specify if the Reservation Fee is a flat fee or a percentage.
Enter the amount or percentage in the amount box.
If you choose a percentage fee and allow guests to pay by card or check on your CiiRUS website, enable the setting to only charge guests who choose to pay by card. This fee will apply to website reservations, but not channel reservations.
