You can enter operational codes for each unit for internal reference only. These codes can't be included in email templates or reports. Operational codes are used to store additional access information or alternate codes for safekeeping. You could also provide these codes to your on-site staff members or vendors such as cleaners or maintenance people.
Enter the operational codes in the Unit Setup > Access & Arrival area of the Listing Assistant.
