You can add specific arrival or departure details for each unit to include in the arrival information sent to guests. For example, if you need to provide guests with instructions on how to access the unit or where to park, you can include them here.
The arrival/departure information entered here does not feed over to your website or channels, but it can be used in automated pre-arrival messages sent to guests.
Add arrival/departure details
To add specific arrival or departure details, go to:
Owners & Listings
Listings > Listing Assistant
From the Specific Unit Settings menu, select Access Codes & Arrival Info
Enter the arrival or departure information.

Include the arrival/departure details in an email
You can include these details in a pre-arrival email to the guest by applying the relevant smart tag in the template you want to add them to.
To do this, go to:

Template Builder
Add a new template or edit an existing template
In the Template Builder, search for the token [arrivaldeparturedetails] in the list on the left-hand side.
This token will include the arrival or departure details for the unit that you've entered in Advanced Unit Setup in the automated pre-arrival messages sent to guests.
