Why are some of the tokens not populating in my message?

When creating a message template in the Template Builder, you'll need to choose a category, such as Automation or Standard. The tokens available to you will vary depending on the category you choose.

For example, automation rules have different tokens available than on-demand reservation emails to guests. It's important to reference the list of available tokens in the editor to ensure that you're using the correct one.
