Configuring general reservation settings

It's important to configure the general reservation settings before adding reservations to prevent booking errors or discrepancies. Here's the settings you need to configure:

  1. Reservation settings

  2. Notification settings

  3. Global minimum night stay

  4. Default terms and conditions

Overview

To access these settings, go to:

  1. Global Settings > Settings Assistant

  2. Reservation & Fees Setup

  3. General Reservation settings

Reservation and notification settings

You can enable the following settings by selecting the checkbox:

Minimum night stay

Enter the global minimum night stay for your listings. This can be overridden on a per listing basis, and on a per season basis when configuring rate sets.

Terms and conditions templates

This is where you can create your terms and conditions templates for all of your listings. For example, if you have different terms that apply to different types of listings, you can create a separate template for each type of listing. Then, when you add a new listing, you can simply select the corresponding terms template.
