For each unit, enter the housekeeping fee to charge the guest that'll apply to all quotes and reservations.
Configure a housekeeping fee in the Reservation Settings area of the Listing Assistant.
Enable the setting to charge guests a housekeeping fee.
Enter the amount of the fee.
Legacy setting: If the housekeeping fee only applies to short bookings, enter the number of days. For example, if you only charge the housekeeping fee for reservations less than 5 nights, enter 5. If the fee applies to ALL reservations, enter a high number such as 500.
Configure for multiple units at once
Rather than configuring the housekeeping fee on a per-unit basis within the Listing Assistant, you can enter or edit the housekeeping fee for multiple units at once using Advanced Unit Set Up.
To do so, navigate to:
Owners & Listings
Listings > Advanced Unit Setup
Select the Filters button and apply "Housekeeping"
Press the "Apply" button
In the unit grid, enter the housekeeping fee charged to the guest for each unit. Click Save. You can also enter the housekeeping amount charged to the owner and your cost price (amount due to the cleaner).
