CiiRUS offers a variety of reports that can help you manage your reservations daily, weekly, and monthly. You can generate standard reports or create custom reports that you can save as templates to reuse anytime.
The Reservations List is a great starting point for custom reporting because it displays all of your reservations for all of your units. You can filter the list by date range, reservation source, and other criteria to generate the report you need.
What reports can you create from the Reservations List?

Reports
To save you time, we have created some of the most requested reports and saved them into your system for you to load at any time. To generate the reports, click on the "Reports" button:
Open the saved reports dropdown to view the pre-configured reports plus any reports that you or another staff member have saved:
Once you've selected the report, click "Load Report"
Apply additional filters
After loading a report, you may need to apply additional filters or a custom date range to get the data you need.
For example, you could filter the Reservation Extras report to show all arrivals from now until the end of the year to see your revenue for a specific extra.
To change the date range or add filters, click the Search & filters button. This will open a panel containing the filters.
Once you've applied the filters or dates, select the "Apply & Close" button. The grid will reload with your specified data.
Save a report
If you've customized your own report by adding in the columns and data that you want, you can save it so you can reuse it at any time.
To do, click on "Reports."
Select the "Save View" button and enter the name of your report:
After saving, the report will appear under the manage saved reports dropdown.
