You can configure your listings with a long-stay cancellation policy which applies to stays 28 days or longer.

Strict Long term (Grace period)

If you choose this policy, it will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays.

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 28 days before check-in

  • If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for the nights already spent, plus the next 30 nights from the reservation

  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights

Flexible Long term (Fair)

If you choose this policy, it will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays.

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

  • If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights

  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights

How to configure a long-stay policy

To assign a long-stay cancellation policy, navigate to:

  1. Connections

  2. Airbnb

  3. Locate the long-stay policy column

  4. Assign the policy > click the "Save" icon
