Save time and efficiency by automating your payouts for Airbnb reservations! Once you've enabled this feature, payments received from Airbnb are automatically applied to the corresponding reservation in CiiRUS. This eliminates the need for manual payment entries, saving time and reducing the risk of errors, so you can focus on what matters most—delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Important: This feature only applies to new Airbnb reservations made after enabling the setting. For reservations created before activation, payments will still need to be manually applied.
How to enable Airbnb payouts
To enable this feature, follow these steps:
Navigate to Connections
Select Channel Manager > Airbnb
Click 'View Authorizations/Re-Auth' located at the top right, just above the grid
The pop-up window displays your connect Airbnb account. You'll just need to click on the edit icon next to the account to enable Airbnb payouts:
Next, simply enable the setting 'Add Airbnb Payouts' and click 'Save.'
You're all set! From now on, payments will automatically post to the corresponding Airbnb reservation in the Reservation Folio.
