The Copy Channel Configuration Tool is a time-saving feature that allows you to copy settings from one channel to another for selected listings. For example, if you have already configured your listings for Vrbo with the desired rates, descriptions, terms, multiplication factor, etc., you can use the Copy Channel Configuration Tool to copy the same settings to Airbnb without having to set everything up again.
The following channel level settings can be copied (where available):
Assigned Rate Set
Assigned Description Set
Assigned Terms & Conditions
Channel Multiplier
Use Daily Floor Rate?
Online Booking Enabled?
Calendar Sync Enabled?
Listing Enabled?
This feature is available for all channel connections except SiteMinder. If you're connected to SiteMinder, you must complete the configuration separately for that channel.
Where to go
You must have completed the setup for at least one channel for your listings before using the Copy Channel Configuration Tool to copy those same settings to other channels. For example, if you've finished setting up your Vrbo listings and are now ready to connect to Airbnb, you can use this tool to copy the same settings across.
To copy the settings to a new channel, go to Connections > Copy Channel Configuration. A popup window will open where you can specify the details.
In the Copy Channel Configuration Tool, specify the following:
Source Channel: The channel you have already set up and want to copy the settings from.
Target Channel(s): One or more channels to copy the listings and configuration to.
Listings: The listings you have previously set up and want to copy to the selected channels.
Settings: Select the settings you want to copy over from the list.
Click "Copy."
Review the settings
To review the listings and settings for a channel, go to the page for that channel. For example, to review the listings configured for Vrbo, go to Connections > Channel Manager > Vrbo. You can then review the listings and settings in the grid.
The Copy Channel Configuration Tool saves you time by copying settings across channels, but you can still make changes to the listings and settings before completing the integration to the channel.
