If you've configured a new listing but it's not appearing on your website search page, there are two likely reasons:
You enabled it as a long-term unit, which means it won't show up on the standard search page.
You accidentally disabled it from reflecting on your website.
Let's take a look at each of these scenarios in more detail.
Long-term units
Long-term units are listings that are designed to be displayed on a separate page, called the "Long-term Rentals" page. These listings won't show up on the standard search page.
If you've configured your new listing as a long-term unit, we can create this separate page for your website. This will allow you to showcase your long-term rentals in a dedicated space, making it easier for guests to find them.
Take a look at the example website below:
If you've accidentally marked a listing as long-term, or if you'd like your long-term listings to appear in the same search results as your regular listings, you can simply disable the "long-term" setting.. To do so, go to:
Owners & Listings
Listing Assistant
Choose the applicable listing from the drop-down
Select the "Location" page
Disable the "Long-term" setting
Once you've disabled the "long-term" setting, your listing will start appearing in the standard search results.
Disabled listings
If you've accidentally disabled your new listing from reflecting on your website, you'll need to go to your listing's settings and enable it.
Expert tip: There is a quick and easy way to see which listings are enabled for your website!
To check this setting, go to:
1. Owners & Listings
2. Listings
3. Advanced Unit Setup
4. Click on the "Filters" button
5. Check "Website" and then "Apply"
6. See the "Enable Unit on Website?" column
If the listing is still not appearing after you've checked these two settings, then please contact us by going to the CiiRUS Help Center.
